The only things you will need to complete each consultation successfully is the desire to improve your life and sense of wellbeing and - the commitment to complete each session's homework, no matter how long it takes you to do this.

In other words, the only things you will need to complete each consultation successfully is patience, persistence and a willingness to accept that effective learning takes time and a willingness to struggle.

It does not, as most people wrongly assume, require past experience and or a high IQ.  Effective learning involves a struggle and dealing with this requires acceptance of the fact that this is normal. It is not a sign that you are fundamentally flawed.
